The bathroom showed signs of wear, like an old leak from the shower tray, and the plumbing could use a refresh. Breakfast choices required advance selection, leading to a bit of waste and disappointing portion sizes, while breakfast drinks were limited to cafetière coffee instead of cappuccinos. The heat in the Cotswold Room persisted despite efforts to cool it down, suggesting a need for better climate control.

we loved our stay at the howard arms! the double room, 'the old beams,' had such beautiful character. the staff was so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. plus, the location is perfect for exploring the cotswolds with great dining options nearby. it's just a cozy, relaxing spot to unwind.

We had such a lovely time! The staff were super friendly and the place has that cozy, old-school vibe. Enjoyed our fab Sunday lunch in the bar area, but honestly, it was a bit strange that the waitress didn't write our orders down. it was a great spot to chill after exploring the Cotswolds!

The staff and management were miracle workers, they helped us with all our silly requests, extra beds and dietary needs, no question was too foolish. the food was top-notch, I mean real quality stuff, the portions were generous too!

It was a bit pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for, right?

While the ambiance was lovely, I would have appreciated better accessibility features for seniors.
